Valentina Carnelutti candidata come Miglior Attrice non Protagonista ai David di Donatello

Grazie!

Pazza.

Hourra!

Thank you!

I nominated for the Best Supporting Actress at the David di Donatello Awards for Like Crazy by Paolo Virzì!

It is a great surprise for me, and I am filled with joy. Like Crazy.

I began working as a kid, at sixteen, in theatre. Actually I began way earlier… in elementary school I used to say I wanted to become a clown in order to make people laugh.

Here we go. Paolo gave me this opportunity, twice in fact. And my job being recognized like this, publicly, by the Academy of Italian Cinema, this year… is such a value!

My gratefulness goes to all of those who made this interpretation possible, taking the risk of purple hair and changing my whole set of costumes last minute, curling my eyelashes by hand and letting me free to move between the boundaries of an impeccable writing…

But I am enormously grateful to all the previous films, which without nominations, rewards, attentions… have allowed me to grow and to continue with my deep and intimate desire to carry on with this job.

Hurray!

¡Gracias!

¡Viva!
